Our recommendations for a better taste experience:


Having a sufficient amount of high-quality charcoal, that is, well red; maintaining a high and even temperature throughout the cooking process.


Having a griddle with grooves will ensure the flavor of the meat as the heat will be better distributed and the intramuscular fat will melt slowly.



To enjoy the unique and distinctive flavor of Kobe beef, it is recommended to cook the meat to medium-rare.

Before starting the cooking process, leave the meat out of its packaging for about 20 minutes to reach room temperature.

It is advisable to use coarse salt. You can salt before starting cooking or after a quick sear of about 5 minutes, depending on your preference.
