PUE MÉXICO S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter “IXKATI”) is responsible for processing your personal data, including their acquisition, protection, and use. IXKATI is committed to complying with legal and security measures sufficient to protect the personal data collected for the purposes described below.

IXKATI collects and uses personal data to carry out its activities as required, including, but not limited to, importing, exporting, promoting, distributing, and generally marketing all kinds of goods and services. This includes, but is not limited to, wines, spirits, liqueurs, beers, food, groceries, and related items, as well as organizing events related to IXKATI's corporate purpose, including cultural activities, entertainment, training, and education; and organizing and participating in conferences, courses, congresses, and seminars, nationally or internationally, as well as establishing economic, cultural, scientific, and educational dialogues and projects, conducting market research studies such as quantitative studies, market share, positioning, feasibility of opening businesses and new product and service lines, price and media monitoring, evaluation and advisory of administrative processes, internal quality control, qualitative studies, recruitment and focus group analysis, brand and product perception, and product and service market introduction. The processing of personal data may cover any purposes compatible or analogous to those set out in this notice, without the need to obtain the consent of the data subject again.

The personal data that may be collected include the following:

Name;
Email address;
Address;
Telephone;
Credit Card details;
Tax ID (RFC);
Gender;
Date of birth;
Among others.

At no time do we collect Sensitive Personal Data.

IXKATI will implement the necessary tools to protect user information. The information is secured by a personal identification number.

To carry out its activities, IXKATI, as the party responsible for processing your personal data, may need to transfer your personal data to third parties within and outside of Mexico, including, but not limited to, potential clients and/or employers, external advisors and consultants, third parties that jointly operate the services provided by IXKATI, suppliers of computer programs or services necessary for providing IXKATI's services, and, in general, third-party service providers used in connection with IXKATI's service provision.

In this regard, IXKATI commits to ensuring that all legal principles of protection regarding the transfer of your personal data are met and expresses its commitment to respecting this privacy notice at all times.

Under this privacy notice, the data subject agrees that IXKATI may transfer or share their personal data with third parties at any time, in Mexico and/or abroad, provided that (i) IXKATI informs such third parties of the content of this privacy notice and the purposes for which the data subject has authorized its processing, and (ii) the receiving third party commits to processing the transferred data in accordance with this privacy notice.

Subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the data subject, by themselves or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, by submitting the respective request only through the person designated by IXKATI as responsible for handling the data subjects' requests concerning the rights referred to in the aforementioned Law, and delivering it to IXKATI via the email info@ixkaticasakobe.com

For your information, each of these rights allows you to:

Access your personal data held by the responsible party, as well as to know the Privacy Notice subject to the processing of the same.
The responsible party will make available to you the personal data, or will issue simple copies, electronic documents, or any other means. The delivery of personal data will be free of charge, and the data subject must only cover the justified expenses of sending or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.
Rectify any of your personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Cancel your personal data. If the request is appropriate, the personal data will enter a blocking period under the Law, during which they cannot be processed. Once the data is canceled, its owner will be notified.
Oppose the processing of your personal data at any time and for a legitimate reason.

The data subject may also at any time: (i) choose to limit the use or disclosure of their personal data; or (ii) revoke their consent for the processing of their personal data, understanding that all processing of personal data will be subject to the consent of its owner, except for the exceptions provided by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. IXKATI reserves the right to make changes or modifications to this privacy notice at any time, for the attention of legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential novelties, internal policies, market practices, or for any other reason or circumstance.

IXKATI will incorporate any changes made to this privacy notice and make it known through any of the following means: (i) visible announcements in our offices, (ii) brochures available in our offices, or (iii) our website: www as well as providing consulting, advice, and related services.

The personal data collected by IXKATI may include, but is not limited to, the following:

Date of birth;
Address (home, work, and email);
Telephone numbers (home, work, mobile, and fax);
Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC);
Unique Population Registry Code (CURP);
Nationality;
Place of birth;
Personal references (name, address, telephone);
Employment data (position, address, telephone, email);
Financial or property data (income, expenses, bank accounts, real estate, vehicles, investment, insurance, and bonds)

IXKATI may also collect sensitive personal data related to health status, racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preference. This data will be treated with strict security and confidentiality measures, guaranteeing their privacy.

The personal data collected may be transferred to and processed by third parties inside and outside the country, for the same purposes mentioned above. These third parties may include IXKATI affiliates, subsidiaries, advisers, and other hired services, as well as authorities that require it by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of your personal data, as well as to limit their use or disclosure, by contacting IXKATI directly.

By providing personal data to IXKATI, either directly or through electronic means, you acknowledge and consent to the terms outlined in this privacy notice. This consent is considered granted unless expressly stated otherwise.
